- Booking of media plan campaigns
- Preparing MRF's and other material requirements
- Ensure Vouching of bookings on time and reconciling of monthly spends vs media plans vs final reports
- Ensure billing timelines across clients
- Investigating and resolving (or escalating) any media vendor or client invoicing issues
- PO reconciliation
- Pulling of data for competitive reports
