Overview
We are looking for freelance operations executives until mid January. Join us to coordinate client campaigns, vendor/client invoices, and billing. If you're detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers, and have operations experience in media or finance, apply below!
Candidates must be immediately available full time and in Dubai with a valid visa.
Responsibilities
- Supporting Operations Executive role
- Create booking orders and vouching delivered campaigns
- Create new Client/Brand/Vendors via system
- Collate vendor/client documents
- Comfortable working with numbers and operational systems
- Book client campaigns accurately in the system
- Process vendor and client invoices
- Manage billing and reconciliation activities
Qualifications
- Education and Experience Required
- College Graduate
- Any general experience in finance /operations is a plus
- Any experience in a media agency is a plus
