Overview
As an Associate Director, you will work closely with the BD of Strategy & Growth to drive collaboration, product innovation, and product leadership for global clients. Your role includes conducting in-depth content audits and research, supporting pitches, leading them across the Groupe, and ensuring smooth transitions for newly acquired businesses while engaging with senior stakeholders across markets.
Responsibilities
Technical & Product- Understand various content domains-web, social, influencers, partnerships, production, sponsorships-and craft solutions within each space.
- Conduct social listening, partnership audits, SEO analysis, and performance assessments to develop strategic content plans.
- Ensure content solutions align with business, marketing, brand, and communication goals, leveraging data and insights.
- Collaborate across teams during content development to ensure strategic alignment and execution excellence.
- Maintain strong collaboration with vertical leads within the Content Practice.
- Stay ahead of digital, social, and content trends to foster innovation and drive client success.
- Support the transition of newly acquired businesses to their teams, ensuring continuity.
- Support business transitions from pitches to execution with the BD of Strategy & Growth.
- Utilize platforms and tools to streamline workflows and improve content delivery.
- Provide insights to enhance account stability and profitability.
- Work with practice leads to ensure appropriate talent and resources.
- Identify and recommend process improvements for content operations.
- Track KPIs and report success metrics for continuous improvement.
- Research market trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies for new content opportunities.
- Use data insights to optimize content performance and inform strategies.
- Develop strategic recommendations to improve engagement and outcomes.
- Translate complex data into actionable content strategies.
- Promote a culture of innovation and creative problem-solving.
- Challenge established points of view respectfully.
- Use storytelling to influence stakeholders and inspire teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business; Master's is a plus.
- Experience in content strategy, business development, and operations, preferably in an agency.
- Platform certifications (META, TikTok, Amazon, Snap, etc.).
- Experience transitioning new business into teams.
- Strong digital, content, and social media knowledge.
- Leadership skills with a history of mentoring and successful content initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Business acumen focusing on revenue and efficiency.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for reporting.
