Labourer Parks & Gardens

This is an opportunity for a skilled green space labourer. You'll be responsible for pruning, removal, planting and general green space maintenance while also operating specialised equipment. This ideal candidate is passionate about tree care, committed to safety, and has a strong work ethic. You will work across local council spaces.

• Working with both heavy and light machinery
• Ensuring the health and safety as well as disease management of the green spaces in the community
• Making sure green spaces are tidy and well maintained

• Previous experience in labouring roles; gardening labour preferred but not essential
• Must possess a current driver's licence, HR licence or be willing to obtain one; this is a bonus
• Chainsaw, traffic control ticket and certificate in horticulture are preferred but not necessary
• The ability to move around locations in the council areas where needed
• Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid police check
