We're recruiting on behalf of one of Queensland's top-performing real estate agencies, known for its award-winning team culture, modern systems, and exceptional staff retention. With a waterfront office, supportive leadership, and an exciting portfolio ready for you to step into. This is a role where you'll be set up for success.
- Manage a portfolio of approx. 100 properties with strong internal support
- No leasing, no trust accounting - you'll have a Virtual Assistant and admin team backing you
- Join a vibrant, fun, and high-performing team in a modern, A-grade office

- Supportive leadership from a long-standing Head of Department who genuinely invests in their team
- Be part of a well-established team of around 30 staff across sales and rentals

- Structured two-stage interview process - you'll be fully briefed and supported every step of the way
- You have at least 1-2 years' experience in a property management role
- You're organised, proactive, and confident managing a portfolio
