Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Product - Crypto Trading Platform to lead the evolution of MultiBank.io, our next generation cryptocurrency exchange. You will define the product strategy, oversee platform enhancements, and deliver world class crypto trading experiences to both retail and institutional users.

This is a high impact role that requires a deep understanding of digital asset markets, user experience, and the competitive crypto exchange landscape. You will partner with engineering, design, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure seamless execution, scalability, and global growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap for MultiBank.io's crypto trading platform.
• Lead feature development to improve order execution, liquidity access, and trading flows.
• Drive user experience improvements across onboarding, trading, and portfolio management.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high performance, secure, and intuitive interfaces.
• Expand platform capabilities including spot, margin, and derivative trading features.
• Implement competitive differentiators such as staking, copy trading, or reward systems.
• Ensure all developments meet regulatory and security standards across multiple jurisdictions.
• Establish product management best practices and mentor product team members.

Qualifications & Skills

• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in crypto or digital asset trading platforms.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, exchange mechanics, and liquidity models.
• Proven experience launching or scaling crypto trading products in global markets.
• Ability to bridge technical, regulatory, and commercial priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of custody, KYC/AML, and digital asset compliance frameworks.
• Strong grasp of UX/UI principles for crypto or fintech platforms.
• Experience with product analytics, user insights, and growth optimization
• Familiarity with Web3 ecosystems, APIs, and third party integrations is a plus.
