We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Product - CFD Trading Platform to lead the modernization and growth of MultiBank's CFD trading platform. You will define product strategy, oversee feature development, and deliver best in class trading experiences for our global client base during a period of significant market opportunity.

This role combines product vision with hands on leadership. You'll drive the evolution of our trading platform by improving user experience, expanding instrument coverage, and ensuring all product developments meet regulatory, commercial, and technical standards.

• Own and manage the CFD trading platform roadmap and feature prioritization.
• Enhance core trading experiences including order placement, search, and portfolio management.
• Lead expansion of instrument coverage across new and existing asset classes.
• Collaborate cross functionally with dealing, engineering, design, and compliance teams.
• Identify and implement competitive features such as notifications, alerts, and analytics.
• Establish product management best practices and mentor junior team members.
• Balance speed of execution with product quality, performance, and regulatory compliance.

• 7+ years of product management experience, including work on CFD, derivatives, or trading platforms.
• Deep understanding of market structure, execution flows, and dealing operations.
• Proven success delivering trading products in fast paced environments.
• Hands on product manager experienced in writing detailed specifications and managing agile delivery.
• Strong collaboration skills across technical and commercial teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks including CySEC, ASIC, and other global jurisdictions.
• Experience with MT5 or similar trading infrastructure is an advantage.
