We are seeking a forward thinking Head of Marketing to lead global marketing and growth for MultiBank.io, our regulated cryptocurrency exchange. This role focuses on scaling user acquisition, deepening engagement, and expanding brand visibility following the successful launch of our token.

You will define and execute the marketing strategy across digital, performance, content, and community channels, positioning MultiBank.io as a trusted, innovative, and market leading platform in the global crypto ecosystem.

• Develop and implement the global marketing strategy for MultiBank.io's exchange and token ecosystem.
• Drive user growth, retention, and trading activity across key markets.
• Lead brand positioning and communications to strengthen MultiBank.io's presence in the crypto space.
• Oversee all digital marketing, social media, PR, influencer, and community engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and executive teams to align campaigns with business priorities.
• Manage performance marketing campaigns to optimize acquisition and trading volumes.
• Supervise content, creative, and communication outputs across all touchpoints.
• Track KPIs, performance metrics, and ROI, ensuring data driven decision making.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high performing marketing team operating across multiple regions.
• Identify strategic partnerships and sponsorships to enhance brand exposure and trust.

• 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in the crypto or digital asset industry.
• Proven success in scaling crypto exchanges, digital products, or trading platforms post launch.
• Deep understanding of crypto markets, token ecosystems, and Web3 user behavior.
• Expertise in performance marketing, brand management, and community led growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing global marketing functions.
• Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Hands on approach to campaign execution and optimization.
• Knowledge of crypto marketing regulations and compliance frameworks.
