About The Role

As a Head Captain at FZN by Björn Frantzén, you will assist the Restaurant Assistant Manager by providing hands on support and guidance to colleagues to ensure the highest levels of service and courtesy are delivered to guests. You will drive training aligned with the Nobu sequence of service in relation to brand standards and possess a flawless understanding of guest needs and expectations. The Head Captain will provide specialist advice to guests and colleagues and demonstrate deep knowledge of the food and beverages offered.

About You

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' hospitality experience with at least 1-2 years in a Captain or Supervisor role, and a proven track record in a celebrity branded, brand partner restaurant or Michelin starred environment. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, thrive in a fast paced environment, supervise large diverse teams and work well under pressure.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience
