Candidate must provide courteous and professional service at all times. Responsible for the delivery of any item that needs to be delivered to the departments on time and for the safety of products delivered to the outlets. Performs work in the operation of a vehicle to assure safe transportation as per the company requirement and to assist the daily operation when required, while maintaining high standards of hospitality and service at all times.

• Delivers hotel goods and documents to our outlets and departments to different locations, as required.
• Assists with loading and unloading of items from the vehicle.
• Responsible for logging all trips made for the day.
• Picks up products or documents from departments at different locations as required.
• Maintains files, records and routines needed to ensure the efficient operation of the Department.
• Maintains mobile service logs and related forms for delivery and pick-up.
• Keeps truck clean at all times, inside and out.
• Drives the truck in a safe manner at all times, always wearing a safety belt.
• Receives orders in a professional manner.
• Reports maintenance problems to the supervisor or manager.
• Maintains close contact with the logistics dispatch section for last-minute requests to avoid delays.
• Follows all safety regulations and precautions while driving.
• Wears all required Personal Protective Equipment while at work.
• Assists with maintenance of truck and equipment.
• Performs other related work as required.
• Inspects truck before driving for safety purposes.
• During and after trips, submits written reports if incidents involve the hotel.
• Checks for discrepancies in the vehicle while driving to prevent severe vehicle repairs.
• Does not drive over the speed limit and reports any safety hazards.
• Reports delays due to breakdowns, bad weather, traffic, or other emergencies promptly.
• Performs all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Operates controls for loading and unloading of products according to vehicle specifications.
• Completes necessary paperwork accurately prior to leaving the workplace.
• Must comply with all internal and external guest safety requirements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and administrative abilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. A strong customer focus is essential, along with proven leadership qualities to support and guide teams. Candidates should possess at least a secondary level education and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and service delivery.
