About the Role- Overall operations of the outlet ensuring a consistent and outstanding guest experience.
- Management of all service areas within the restaurant and bar, including training, motivation and retention of the team.
- P&L responsibility, food cost, labor cost, staffing plans, safety and hygiene while adhering to all company policies and brand guidelines.
- Minimum 10 years' experience within hospitality, with at least 5 years in a similar leadership role.
- Preferably in a beach club/night life environment.
- High energy, positive approach to building relationships and overcoming complex challenges.
- Results driven, confident in ability to change and adapt yourself and your team towards common goals.
- Strong sense of leadership, excellent motivator capable of delegating and setting clear expectations.
- Strong understanding of financials and ability to operate within Atlantis policies, procedures and systems.
