A well-established international manufacturer in the building products sector is seeking a commercially focused General Manager of Sales to lead a specialist division. This strategic leadership role will drive growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand market share and revenue.
- Lead and mentor a national sales and estimating team.
- Collaborate with internal teams including design, engineering, and marketing.
- Drive customer engagement and satisfaction through tailored solutions.
- Oversee pricing strategies, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- 10+ years in senior commercial or business development roles within construction or building products.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
- Proven success in revenue growth, client acquisition, and market expansion.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with architectural/structural systems or flooring solutions is highly regarded.
