About the Role: Kennigo Hotel Brisbane is looking for a hands-on and passionate Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in creating memorable moments for guests. You'll oversee breakfast service, conference events, and daily food & beverage operations, while helping train and support the team.

• Lead by example on the floor, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Deliver outstanding customer service and anticipate guest needs
• Manage breakfast service and conference events
• Train and support food & beverage team members
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards across all service areas
• Monitor stock levels and ensure cashiering procedures are followed
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Morning shifts 06:00 starts to 13:00/14:00 finish - rotate 7 days a week
• This is a part-time role with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week

• Barista-trained with strong coffee knowledge
• Current RSA certificate
• Experience with POS systems (Infrasys preferred, training provided)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passion for hospitality and customer service
