As market-leading experience creators, we manage renowned brands in entertainment, ventures, and travel, including over 140 entertainment experiences, 150 restaurants and bars, and 80+ hotels such as QT, Rydges, Atura, LyLo, Independent Collection by EVT, and Thredbo. Our portfolio also includes a $2.3B property and hotel management operation.
We are looking for a strategic and driven Cluster Revenue Manager to optimize revenue across our hotel portfolio. The role is primarily based in Sydney NSW, with flexibility for other EVT locations. Reporting to EVT's Centralised Revenue Team, this position involves developing revenue strategies, system optimization, and performance analysis to maximize results and support growth. The ideal candidate is a commercial thinker, proficient in analysis, stakeholder management, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver revenue management services to EVT hotels, enhancing performance and profitability.
- Analyze hotel reports, IDEAS RM system data, and market information to identify revenue opportunities.
- Monitor distribution channels and competitor positioning for strategic insights.
- Review and analyze STR data regularly to inform strategies and improve market share.
- Prepare and present monthly and yearly revenue reports and forecasts.
- Develop and recommend pricing, inventory, and sales strategies based on data analysis.
- Manage RMS systems for demand updates and critical inputs.
- Provide revenue management expertise and leadership to stakeholders.
Communication
- Share market and demand insights with the cluster.
- Lead weekly Revenue Management Strategy meetings.
- Maintain relationships with internal teams and key distribution partners.
- Communicate results, challenges, and achievements effectively.
Relationship Management
- Collaborate with distribution partners to maximize RevPAR.
- Support hotel integrations within the EVT portfolio, including report setup and process management.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams on strategy execution.
Leadership and Guidance
- Manage projects within revenue management scope.
- Review and act on group and cluster revenue reports.
- Work with senior leadership to enhance revenue performance.
- Drive process improvements within the Revenue Services Team.
Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in managing market segments and channels.
- Expertise in yield management and revenue strategies.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and recommendation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Revenue Management Systems, preferably Opera.
- Experience in large to mid-sized independent hospitality organizations.
- Project management and decision-making skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
