Our client is a respected community organisation providing vital legal support services across regional Victoria. The RoleThey are seeking an experienced and passionate solicitor to join their team in a dedicated Family Violence role. This is a chance to make a real impact, working directly with clients and alongside a supportive, values-driven team.
As the Family Violence Solicitor, you will:
- Deliver legal advice, representation, and advocacy for victim-survivors of family violence.
- Apply a trauma-informed approach to help clients navigate complex situations.
- Promote safety, empowerment, and access to justice for vulnerable members of the community.
- At least 2 years' post-admission experience.
- Unrestricted practising certificate.
- Experience in Family Violence matters (or related areas of law).
- Ability to work respectfully with a diverse client base.
- Commitment to social justice and community impact.
- Salary $91,913 - $109,249 + Super + Salary Packaging up to $15,834 tax free (pro rata).
- 35-hour working week.
- Relocation assistance up to $3,000 (no accommodation provided).
