As we grow in Cyprus, we are looking to recruit some great people to join the team of our restaurant Verde Caferesto at Metropolis Mall in Larnaca, for the position of:

Sous Chef

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen
• Control of food quality and food production
• Adhere to all procedures regarding Health & safety and HACCP standards
• Manage and train kitchen team
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with the team
• Attain the financial objectives of the company

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Diploma or Degree in a related field will be considered an advantage
• Fluency in Greek and English language
• Pleasant and dynamic personality with leadership skills
• Computer Literate
