This role supports site works teams in executing project deliverables according to contract specifications, quality, schedule, and safety. The specialist provides technical assistance for site issues during bid preparation and project startup, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity regulations. Key duties include coordinating external resources, managing site work costs, performing site surveys, and defining guarantee management.
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and support site-works team in cost-effective execution related deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements. Each day, you will provide technical support for all site works related issues to the proposal team during bid preparation and to the Project Manager at the project start up. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and contractual requirements.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Sales and Solutions division in Mexico.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Assisting in coordination of activities between external resources and the customer, guaranteeing that the external resources are fully informed on site works planning activities, product knowledge, and safety procedures.
- Supporting in cost-control for the project site work, monitoring actual spend against forecasts, and estimating the final cost for the same.
- Performing site survey and determining required steps to execute site works activities.
- Participating in on-site reviews and ensuring all project cost adjustments approved by the Site Manager or Construction Site Manager are updated in business system.
- Defining Guarantee management and acceptance.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelors degree in Electircal, Mechanical or Electro-mechanical Engineering
- 5+ Years experience working with electrical systems Testing and Design, installation and maintenance
- Knowledge of Eplan, AutoCAD electrical or similar software for electrical design
- Open to travel 70% national to customer sites
- Advanced English
