Key Requirements:
* Proven executive leadership experience within a reputable construction or contracting organization.

* Demonstrated experience managing large-scale construction projects and full P\&L responsibility.
* Strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management capabilities.
* Fluency in English is required. Arabic is preferred.
