### - We require a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering. - We prefer a masters degree in engineering or an equivalent background, or 10+ years of experience in data center or mission-critical facilities such as hospitals, military sites, or public safety facilities.

Responsibilities:

- We own the scope, quality, schedule, and budget for new construction and capital projects. - We oversee construction project management and all related site activities. - We partner with Operations, Networking, Controls, Security, and Commissioning teams to deliver data centers that support our customers. - We serve as the on-site owners representative at construction locations and work directly with trades and contractors. - We lead construction management efforts across multiple data center and capital improvement sites from start through handoff to operations. - We manage contractor bidding, award, execution, punch-list, and closeout phases. - We define project scope and prepare requests for proposals. - We negotiate with general contractors and assess bids and proposals with precision. - We control cost, schedule, and quality while coordinating contractors and vendors. - We handle project documentation, submittals, RFIs, change orders, invoices, scope, and schedule tracking. - We troubleshoot equipment issues and support root-cause failure analysis. - We support commissioning, integrated system testing, and operational readiness. - We assist with facility operations, including procedures, best practices, and maintenance improvements. - We help prepare capital requests. - We analyze and report construction progress, financial performance, and key metrics. - We contribute to initiatives that improve construction efficiency and data center resiliency. - We provide constructability reviews for electrical and mechanical designs for new and existing data centers.
