A well-regarded property group is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to take ownership of a diverse portfolio. This is a hands on role with strong operational and financial responsibilities, reporting into senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Day-to-day management of a mixed use commercial portfolio
- Monthly site inspections for compliance and risk management
- Lease administration, budgeting, and outgoings reconciliations
- Oversight of property expenditure and financial reporting
- Coordination with the Facilities Manager on complex FM issues
- Management of service providers and contractors
- Maintaining strong tenant and stakeholder relationships
- Ensuring operational compliance and risk protocols are upheld
- Experience in commercial, retail, or residential property management
- Exposure to large-format retail or bulky goods assets is highly regarded
- Strong understanding of lease structures, budgeting, and compliance
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience using property management platforms
