AMSOIL INC. has an exciting opportunity as an Account Services/Collections Specialist in our Account Services department. In this role, you will perform a variety of accounting and bookkeeping duties according to company policy regarding the management of Accounts Receivable. This position reports to the AMSOIL center located in Superior, Wisconsin. Core Responsibilities: • Communicate with customers daily • Collect past due balances and resolve any billing discrepancies • Research and audit customer ledger balances • Explain and implement company's sales tax policies and procedures • Resolve credit card chargebacks and NSFs • Prepare and mail monthly statement of accounts • Process return orders upon verification Position Requirements: • High School diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in corporate finance and accounting • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Basic computer skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods of time and perform long hours of work at a computer Preferred Requirements: • Corporate finance and accounting experience within a manufacturing company Other Details: • Pay type - Hourly • Pay range - $18.00 to $20.00/hour depending on education, experience, and skillset.
