Job Summary-

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead Workday Absence and Time Tracking solutions including implementation, enhancement, support and stakeholder management initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Workday Absence and Time Tracking projects.
• Gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Configure leave plans, time tracking, business processes and security.
• Drive testing, releases and production deployments.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll and business stakeholders.
• Mentor consultants and manage project delivery.
• Support pre-sales and solutioning activities.

Mandatory Skill sets:

• 12-16 years of overall HRIS/HCM consulting experience.
• 6+ years of Workday expertise.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking.
• Experience with Core HCM, Security, Business Processes and Reporting.
• Client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Team leadership and delivery management capabilities.

Preferred Skill sets:

• Workday Absence Certification.
• Workday Time Tracking Certification.
• Global implementation experience.
• Understanding of Payroll integrations and Agile methodologies.

Years of experience required:

12-16 years

Education Qualification:

BTECH/MBA/MTECH/MCA

Education
