The Women's & Children's Health Network provides state of the art health care for women, babies, children and young people across South Australia. We are the state's leading provider of specialist care for children with acute and chronic conditions as well as SA's largest maternity and obstetric service. The Opportunity
Exciting opportunities exist within Food Services to join us as a Café Assistant (WHA2) on a casual basis. Staff will be rostered over a seven-day roster with morning or afternoon shifts on an on-call basis.
Role Responsibilities
- Day-to-day operations of the Gilbert and Nic Nath Café.
- Barista coffee making.
- Customer service.
- Food and beverage preparation.
- Sales and transactions.
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Barista coffee making experience.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers at all levels, cultures and backgrounds.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene principles and Work, Health & Safety principles.
