About the RoleAs Captain, you will assist the Restaurant Assistant Manager providing hands-on support and assistance to colleagues to ensure that the highest levels of service and courtesy are provided to our guests, whilst delivering an exceptional standard of service. You will drive the training needs based on the Milos sequence of service in relation to the brand standard and have a flawless understanding of guest needs and expectations. Captain will provide specialist advice to guests and colleagues and demonstrate deep knowledge of food and beverage items.
About You- Minimum of 5 years' experience in hospitality with at least 1-2 years' experience in a Captain or Supervisor role, with a proven track record of working within a beach club or fine dining restaurant.
- Excellent communication skills; experience in fast-paced environments; experience supervising large, diverse teams; ability to work under pressure.
