Psychiatry North Dakota Position: Psychiatrist (MD) Location: North Dakota Schedule: Full-time or part-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (no evenings or weekends) Practice Type: Primarily outpatient with potential rotating schedule for inpatient and ED consults Patient Population: Individuals across the lifespan; pediatric experience and competence preferred but not required Key Responsibilities: Conduct health screenings and comprehensive psychiatric evaluations Prescribe, monitor, manage, and evaluate psychopharmacological medications Provide integrated mental health services within general health settings Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, social workers, and physician assistants Refer patients and seek consultations with other providers and medical specialties as needed for complex or comorbid conditions Utilize advanced health assessment and clinical decision-making skills to manage patient care independently and collaboratively Requi
