- Analisar proativamente os resultados do negócio em comparação com a previsão, o orçamento e o ano anterior, identificando tendências, riscos e oportunidades para otimizar os resultados.
- Aplicar ferramentas de análise financeira e experiência de negócio para influenciar a lucratividade atual e futura, incluindo modelos financeiros, business cases, análise de run rate e análise avançada de dados.
- Preparar materiais para revisões operacionais mensais e relatórios de indicadores-chave de desempenho (KPIs), antecipando perguntas e destacando os principais pontos de atenção.
- Atuar com autonomia em situações de ambiguidade e sob restrições de tempo.
- Liderar o processo de orçamento e o desenvolvimento do Plano de Médio Prazo (MTP), analisando tendências para estabelecer metas ambiciosas e alcançáveis.
- Liderar análises financeiras como membro de equipes multifuncionais, incluindo iniciativas de despesas operacionais (OpEx) e avaliação de novas oportunidades de negócio.
