Pay & Benefits

• Salary: $489,000 $543,000 annually

What You ll Do

• Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care in outpatient settings
• Participate in outreach clinics in Lamar and Trinidad (up to 6 days/month, 2-3 hours from Colorado Springs)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, APPs, nurses, and support staff
• Utilize EPIC EMR for patient documentation
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and patient-centered care programs
• Support clinical growth initiatives within an academically anchored health system
• Contribute to a team-focused, innovative healthcare environment

What You Need
Required:

• Medical license in Colorado or eligible for licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
• BLS certification
• DEA registration

Preferred:

• Experience in outpatient oncology, rural outreach, or team-based care
• Commitment to equitable healthcare delivery
