What success looks like You create predictable and technically credible relationships with Adyen’s cellular connectivity partners. Partners understand Adyen’s priorities and technical expectations; commitments have clear ownership; significant incidents are investigated effectively; RCA and corrective actions are credible and completed; service changes are technically assessed; and recurring issues result in measurable improvements rather than repeated escalations. As the connectivity landscape grows, the operating model scales with it without making Hardware Partnership Engineering a gatekeeper or the owner of work that belongs with the connectivity provider or another Adyen team.
