Job Title: Family Medicine Physician

Location: Casa Grande, AZ

Hours & Schedule: Monday Friday, full-time

Work Environment: Comprehensive family medicine practice providing outpatient and inpatient care in a collaborative, community-focused setting

Salary / Hourly Rate: $220,000 $240,000 annually, based on experience

Job Summary:

The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in both outpatient and inpatient settings. This role focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, community-centered healthcare.



Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide full-spectrum family medicine care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Conduct preventive care visits and routine wellness exams
  • Provide inpatient care as part of an integrated care model
  • Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and imaging
  • Develop and manage treatment plans and medication regimens
  • Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR
  • Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
  • Support continuity of care and positive patient experiences


Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board certification in Family Medicine
  • Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license
  • Eligible for hospital privileges
  • Experience in outpatient family medicine preferred
