- Liaising with both landlords and tenants
- Coordinating repairs, inspections, and lease renewals
- Assisting with rent reviews and lease documentation
- Learning the ins and outs of commercial property management from a hands-on senior team
- Playing a key role in a collaborative and growth-focused office
- Experience in property management (residential or commercial - commercial preferred)
- Current Certificate of Registration (COR)
- Driver's license and reliable car
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A can-do attitude and desire to grow long-term in the commercial space
