Key Duties / Responsibilities

Supporting the Property Manager in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial properties across Queensland
Overseeing lease renewals and ensuring smooth operations
Managing property maintenance and resolving related issues
Handling arrears management and general administrative tasks
Assisting with accounting responsibilities

Skills / Experience

A strong passion for commercial property
Previous exposure to residential or commercial property
Exceptional organizational and administrative skills
Proficiency in written and verbal communication
Certificate of Registration
