Rep Lab

Overview: The Lab Customer Support understands and applies knowledge of specimen requirements when receiving specimens. Prepares specimens for testing as applicable. This can include: receiving, labeling centrifuging and plating. Answers telephone calls and assists caller with any questions or concerns regarding specimen collection. Adheres to laboratory and safety polices including compliance with all safety , accreditation and regulatory standards.
