- Experience with virtualization and cloud technologies like Nutanix, OCI, AWS, VMware and Nutanix
- Ability to create and adapt processes and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of PCI compliance – is a must

Job purpose:
Responsible for installing, configuring, testing, managing, and maintaining Windows systems and system management tools.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows patch management, and advanced troubleshooting. The role requires ensuring high availability, security compliance, and operational excellence across enterprise environments.
Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, test, and maintain Windows systems and system management tools.
• Configure Windows Backup, imaging, and Veeam Backup solutions.
• Configure and maintain HP, Dell, and Nutanix hardware servers.
• Implement and manage VMware and Nutanix AOS environments, including vCenter and Nutanix Prism Central.
• Configure and manage cloud infrastructure environments, including Azure, AWS, and OCI.
• Patch Windows systems and ensure firmware and software updates are applied in a timely manner.
• Configure advanced Domain Controller settings, including Cross-Forest Trusts.
• Implement and configure Remote Desktop Services, including RD Broker, RD Gateway, and RD Web.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT security tools using automated deployment methods.
• Implement system hardening and security controls in accordance with PCI-DSS requirements.
• Provide local and remote Tier 3 support, including advanced troubleshooting, issue resolution, and documentation
• Monitor system performance and recommend or implement improvements where required.
• Maintain the asset inventory and manage support and software license renewals.
• Participate in the on-call support rotation, providing Tier 3 support and assisting L1 and L2 teams in resolving critical incidents, including weekends and public holidays as scheduled.
