Surgery - Cardiovascular Physician Assistant

A respected regional cardiovascular institute in Central Florida is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join its expanding Cardiothoracic Surgery team. Position Highlights

• Join a collaborative team of cardiothoracic surgeons and experienced APPs in a high-volume cardiac surgery program.
• Surgical First Assist and Endoscopic Vein Harvest (EVH) experience required.
• Additional experience with advanced heart failure support systems (LVAD, Impella, ECMO, transplant) is a plus.
• Participate in perioperative management, ICU rounds, and patient follow-up.
• Minimal call schedule (approximately 1:4, including one weekend per month).
• Supported by a strong infrastructure, allowing providers to focus on patient care and surgical excellence.
