Novant Health Advanced Heart Care - Heart Failure Team Charlotte is looking for a dedicated Heart Failure APP in the inpatient and ambulatory setting to improve care, patient outcomes, and hospital efficiency as part of a growing Heart Failure program.

What You'll Do

• Supporting Locations: Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center

What We're Looking For

Education: Master's Degree Required. Graduate of an NCCPA accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program required (Acute Care Certification required for NP applicants)

Experience: One to three years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider.

Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current PA license in appropriate state Required. NCCPA Certification and current DEA registry Required. ACLS (if infusion center or cardiac specialty) Required.

Additional Skills Required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to work with management team and physicians; demonstrated customer service skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills.
