About the Position

This is a CDL A Driver position based in Salem, Oregon, offering a pay rate of $28.00 per hour. This is a temp to perm opportunity with real support from a dedicated team to help you succeed.

Pay & Schedule Details

• Pay Rate: $28.00 Per Hour
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM
• Overtime expected depending on business needs

Job Details

• Route Type: Local
• Freight: Primarily hauling pipe, iron fittings, and valves
• Equipment: Freightliner or F250 pickup and flatbed trailer
• Handling: Heavy Touch

Key Responsibilities

• Driving a freightliner or F250 pickup and flatbed trailer to deliver materials
• Performing warehouse duties including loading, unloading, and general housekeeping
• Ensuring cargo is properly secured and within weight limits
• Communicating with your supervisor throughout the day and validating delivery directions
• Conducting daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL A
• 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
• Must have sit down forklift experience
• Smartphone savvy
• Customer service skills with a friendly personality
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Must be at least 21 years old
