Family Practice - Without OB Physician

A non-profit hospital system in northwest Indiana is adding Family Medicine physicians to its team of primary care physicians. This established healthcare system is steadily expanding in virtually all physician service lines. Their physicians work well together and are eager to provide mentorship and support in developing physician practices. The group has needs in East Chicago, Munster, Hobart, and Valparaiso, IN.

About the Opportunity:

• Work in a small-group setting.
• Monday-Friday work week. No weekends
• 36 clinical hours per week
• Average daily patient census 20-24
• Shared call structure with several providers
• EPIC EMR
• Opening due to Growth

Compensation/Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary plus RVUs with a bonus structure based on productivity and quality
• Up to $25,000 in relocation assistance
• Robust benefits package including Medical, dental, vision, malpractice with tail, $6,000 per contract year for license, dues, CME
