Medical Advisors drive the development & execution of the country Medical Affairs strategic plans, develop integrated evidence plans, and demonstrate compound and disease area medical expertise. Key Responsibilities include:
- Driving the local Medical Affairs strategic plans, aligned with ONE IP and global medical franchises strategy, contributing to local TPOs.
- Leading to identify strategic drivers, elaborates patient journey, and map/segment broader set of stakeholders.
- Capturing insights, identifying opportunities for joint value creation, and engaging with key scientific partners for strategy and study co-design.
- Providing medical expertise on disease areas, pipeline programs, products to stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Representing country needs in co-developing integrated evidence plans and ensuring execution in partnership with GDD and healthcare systems.
- Identifying RWE needs and utilizing innovative methodologies.
- Leading PTA and MAP programs at local level, evaluating IITs and RC for scientific soundness and alignment.
- Promoting ethical practices and reporting of technical complaints/adverse events promptly.
