Practice Overview:
- Broad Scope of Care: Step into a 100% outpatient role focused roughly 70% on Gynecology and 30% on Bariatric/Obesity medicine. You will manage a comfortable, quality-focused volume of approximately 14 - 16 patients per day across a highly diverse and accepting patient population.
- Clinical Duties: Provide comprehensive gynecological care, including routine annual exams, acute/emergency GYN visits, follow-ups, and weight management consultations. Proficiency in performing pelvic ultrasounds is desired. Strong in-office procedural experience is highly preferred (specifically IUD and Nexplanon insertions/removals, endometrial biopsies, and colposcopies).

- Compensation & Benefits: The starting salary range for this role is roughly $120,000 in base pay for full-time and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.

Qualifications:
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted Virginia license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Experience: Strong clinical practicing experience in women's health / outpatient gynecology is required. Knowledge of obesity/bariatric medicine and conversational Spanish skills are a plus!
- Attributes: Strong bedside manner, a relationship-based approach to care, and HIPAA compliance.
