Accessory Designer

We are seeking a talented and innovative Accessory Designer for a full-time, on-site position located in the Mohali district. The Accessory Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing tech packs for bags, backpacks, accessories, and luggage products that align with our brand ethos.

Location: Industrial Area Phase 7, Sector 73, Mohali

Salary range: 25,000 - 50,000 INR per month, depending on experience.

Note: work from office mandatory. This is NOT a remote job. Also, This role is about designing physical goods. Not digital. If your previous experience is in UI/UX design, it is not relevant to this role.

Day-to-day tasks include

• Conducting market research to identify trends, designing sketches and tech packs
• Design products across backpacks, tote bags, laptop bags, slings, travel accessories, and everyday carry items
• Create sketches, renders, moodboards, and product specifications that balance aesthetics, comfort, storage, and functionality
• Research contemporary design trends, materials, finishes, and consumer preferences
• Create clear product specifications and visual references for manufacturing teams

Qualifications

• Experience creating tech packs that manufacturers can follow without confusion
• Portfolio/examples demonstrating bag designs that made it to production, especially including tech packs or manufacturing documentation
• Experience in product development and research to create innovative and functional designs
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and an eye for aesthetics
• Proficient in using vector and apparel design software and tools (Adobe Illustrator, CLO 3D, Keyshot)
• Strong understanding of hardshell and soft goods construction, materials, hardware components, sewing techniques, and manufacturing processes
