Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant
Location: Denver Suburb, Colorado
Position Type: Permanent, Hospital-Employed
A leading, award-winning health system in the Denver metro area is seeking an experienced Cardiothoracic Surgery PA to join a well-established program consisting of 17 physicians and 11 advanced practice providers, including 3 Cardiothoracic Surgeons and 3 CTS PAs. Due to continued growth, the team is adding a 4th Cardiothoracic Surgery PA.
This is a true CTS role with responsibilities spanning outpatient, inpatient, and first-assist surgical duties. Candidates must have prior CTS PA experience, including first-assist exposure.
Position HighlightsJoin a highly reputable, collaborative cardiothoracic surgery team
Mix of outpatient, inpatient, and first assist in the OR
Work directly with experienced CTS surgeons and PAs
1:4 call schedule
Excellent support and strong organizational infrastructure
Previous Cardiothoracic Surgery PA experience required
Must have first-assist surgical experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented surgical environment
PA licensure in Colorado (or ability to obtain)
Salary: $150,000 $180,000 (negotiable based on experience)
