Cardiology Physician Assistant

At SSM Health, we are committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services, and SSM-Southern Illinois is seeking a Cardiology Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) at SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon, Illinois.

Job Details:

• Practice at a brand-new state-of-the-art facility
• Facility is a not-for-profit Catholic institution affiliated with SSM Health
• Clinic visits (new and follow-up) with some inpatient rounding
• Anticipated schedule of Monday-Friday from 8am to 4:30pm
• Join an experienced team of 3 physicians and 2 APP's

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) program
• Current PA/NP licensure in the appropriate state
• Prefer one year of practice experience; receptive to new/recent graduates with rotational experience in cardiology.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and team-building skills
• Illinois NP or PA license

Salary Range: $104 227.20 / Year
