Full job description

Grace and Peace Deliveries, Inc. is contracted with FedEx.

We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions in our Olathe, KS and Independece, MO terminals. Preference given to those who can include a Saturday or Sunday in their schedule.

The pay is up to $27.50/hour (this is holiday peak pay between 10/24-12/25). Base pay is $21.50 - incentive pay is based on safety and production and the ideal candidate is expected to make the full $27.50/hour.

This job is on average an 9-5:30 work day.

You must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license. (class C if you have a Kansas license or class E if you have a Missouri license) DOES NOT REQUIRE A CDL

You must be in reasonably good physical condition, this is a steady but active position.

You must be able to pass a drug screen (includes THC) and have the ability to obtain a DOT medical card.

You must consent to a background check and have no felonies within the last 10 years and no more than one ticket in the last 3 years.

You must be able to handle packages that weigh up to 150 lbs. (The average is around 35 lbs.)

You must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Requirements

You must be at least 21 years old.

You must hold a valid Class C driver's license for Kansas or a valid Class E driver's license for Missouri.

You must be eligible to work in the United States.

You must be in reasonably good physical condition and able to handle packages weighing up to 150 pounds.

You must be able to obtain a DOT medical card.

Availability to work Saturday or Sunday is preferred.

Experience delivering to residential customers, commercial customers, or both is a plus.
