Details/Requirements of Assignment :
Active Illinois license & DEA
Coverage to start ASAP and ongoing through 2027
Clinic and call coverage available, with flexibility for providers who prefer clinic only or call only
Call can be night call 12 hours (7p-7a) or 24 hour call (7a-7a)
Very busy facility with strong callback potential
Clinic coverage is 8a-5p with around 16 patients per day
Flexible scheduling
EMR: EPIC Around 40 births per month and 1.5 per day
