•Surgically busy group - each OBGYN averages 4-6 hysterectomies per month
•Current OBGYNs happy to provide mentorship and scrub in alongside a new partner
•1:6 call (1st call rotation of 4 OBGYNs & 2 CNMs)
•Robust support staff: highly experienced nurses, OB educator, & midwives who function as 'extenders' for the OBGYN physicians
•Thoughtful infrastructure to decrease administrative burden: Dedicated teams handle all Rx refills, triage, pap results & any after-hours calls

•Highly competitive compensation: average earnings of $460K+ (starting guarantee from $375-410K, w/ add'l bonuses available)
