NVIDIA is looking for a Senior Network Product Engineer to join our Networking Product Engineering Team. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of NVIDIA’s exponential growth, working on the cutting edge of networking technology. We are seeking a talent who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is eager to drive product excellence directly at the manufacturing source. This role is specifically designed to strengthen our international footprint, with a primary focus on supporting our factory operations in Vietnam while providing strategic support to other manufacturing sites worldwide.

As a Senior Network Product Engineer, you will serve as the critical bridge between NVIDIA’s design engineering teams and our worldwide Contract Manufacturers (CMs) during high-volume production. You will tackle the complex challenges of high-speed network product hardware debugging, yield optimization, and manufacturing process stabilization. Given the strategic priority of our networking platform, this role offers high visibility and the chance to make a significant impact on product quality and production efficiency across the globe.

What you will be doing:

  • Production & Yield Management: Lead product engineering execution for NVIDIA’s network products during mass production. You will oversee product yield management, drive continuous yield improvement, manage build execution, and enforce product change control across manufacturing sites.
  • Hardware Debug & Failure Resolution: Take ownership of top-tier product failures and complex hardware debug issues at the factory level. You will work hands-on with board designs to analyze failures, drive root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure robust product quality and minimize production line disruptions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Hardware Design, Validation, Software, and Silicon teams to characterize product issues, address firmware/hardware bugs, and optimize manufacturing test processes for stability.
  • International Site Support: Be the on-site engineering expert. You will be stationed primarily in Vietnam to support local factory operations, with frequent travel to other global CM sites to ensure seamless process execution, consistent quality standards, and knowledge transfer.

What we need to see:

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in Product Engineering, Board Design, or Backend Manufacturing, specifically within the Server, Networking, or Consumer Electronics industries, with a strong emphasis on high-volume production support.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep technical knowledge in Hardware Engineering and Network Product Hardware. You must possess hands-on experience with board design, manufacturing processes, and hardware debugging (including schematic/layout review, signal integrity analysis, and using lab equipment like oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers).
  • Educational Background: MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Physics (or equivalent experience).
  • Core Competencies: A highly results-oriented problem solver with excellent analytical skills. You must be a collaborative team player capable of working effectively in a cross-site and cross-cultural environment.
  • Language & Communication: Proficient in English and fluent in Mandarin Vietnamese(or Chinese) to facilitate seamless communication with engineering teams in the US, Vietnam, and other local factory staff.
  • Mobility: High willingness to travel extensively and shot trip relocation. This role requires you to be based in Vietnam to support our local network factory, with the flexibility to travel to other global manufacturing sites as needed.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Strong project management and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple sustaining priorities.
  • Coding abilities in Python, C/C++, or familiarity with database management for production test data analysis and automation.
  • Good business acumen with a solid sense of cost management, capacity planning, and revenue impact in a manufacturing environment.
  • Prior experience working in Vietnam or other Southeast Asian manufacturing environments.
