As a Team Leader - Stewarding, your role will be to ensure that your team maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our kitchens. You should be well-versed in the operation of dishwashers and other equipment commonly used in hotel stewarding departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure cleanliness in all storage, preparation, and service areas according to hygiene regulations
- Oversee department operations, staffing, and training
- Maintain equipment and supplies while managing inventory
- Enforce hygiene and safety standards in collaboration with the Executive Chef/F&B Manager
- Ensure proper garbage disposal and cleanliness of kitchen areas
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and implement disciplinary policies
Qualifications and Experience:
- High School or Technical School Leaving Certificate
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Proficient in English
- Courteous character with a positive attitude toward customer service
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine smile
