Job Purpose 

We are seeking experienced SAP L2/L3 Consultants to provide application support and technical expertise within an SAP S/4HANA environment. The consultants will resolve incidents, troubleshoot complex issues, support system enhancements, and help ensure stable day-to-day SAP operations at the customer site. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide L2/L3 SAP application support and incident resolution. 

• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and perform root cause analysis. 

• Support SAP S/4HANA production environments. 

• Handle configuration, enhancements, and system improvements. 

• Manage escalated and critical incidents within agreed service levels. 

• Coordinate with offshore SAP resources when specialist or additional support is required. 

• Support continuous improvement of SAP application services. 

Requirements

Candidates should have strong expertise in one or more of the following: 

• SAP FICO 

• SAP Financial Supply Chain 

• SAP MM 

• SAP SuccessFactors 

• SAP RISE 

• SAP Basis 

Requirements 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP application support / AMS. 

• Strong hands-on experience in L2/L3 SAP support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution. 

• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA environments. 

• Experience in configuration, enhancements, RCA, and production support. 

• Relevant SAP certification is preferred. 

• Good English communication skills.
