  • Partner with marketing and product teams to conceptualize and produce storytelling-driven visuals that communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, and external vendors to deliver best-in-class creative work.
  • Push creative boundaries while keeping work aligned with strategic business goals.
  • Have strong design taste and clear judgment. Be able to show work, get decisions made, and turn ideas into business impact through excellent execution.

Requirements

  • Portfolio demonstrating concept-driven, high-quality design work across a range of mediums.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable presenting work and rationale to stakeholders.
  • High level of craft across typography, layout, motion, and visual hierarchy.
  • Attention to detail, you sweat the small stuff to make every piece feel intentional and refined.
  • A strategic mindset with an understanding of how design impacts business and brand perception.
  • Proficient in Figma.

Bonus points

  • Experience with AI visual creation tools (Nano Banana, Midjourney, etc.)
  • Experience with prototyping and web building tools (Figma Make, Sanity, etc.)
  • Experience with motion and animation tools (After Effects, Jitter, etc.)
  • Experience working on both B2B and B2C brands
