We are looking for a results-driven Real Estate Broker with UAE real estate experience, strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and a proven ability to convert leads into clients and close transactions.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience. Candidates from luxury sales may be considered with a strong, demonstrable sales record.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, including communities, pricing and current market trends.
- Experience handling off-plan or secondary market property transactions.
- Demonstrated sales performance and the ability to convert leads into clients and close deals.
- Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Self-motivated, commercially focused and able to work independently.
